The Council of the City of Newcastle wishes to invite organisations to bid for
the supply of goods and/or
services contained within this system. As a registered supplier, you can receive
email notification of any new tenders we publish, download and view the documentation
electronically, and participate in forums to seek clarification or to ask questions.
Where available, submission of your bids can be completed through the e-tender
box facility.
All suppliers, service providers and contractors must abide by the City of Newcastle's Statement of Business Ethics in their
business dealings with Council. A copy of the Statement is available at the following
link: Statement of Business Ethics . Sucessful tenderers will also be bound by the relevant provisions in the City
of Newcastle's Code of Conduct. A copy of the document is available at the following

All tenders with the City of Newcastle are subject to the Hunter Councils' Conditions
