Welcome to Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council E-Tendering
This website has been established to provide Council suppliers easy access to a range of tendering, quotations and expressions of interest services associated with Council's capital and operational work. It aims to speed up the tendering process and reduces the time and costs for both Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council and our suppliers.
Suppliers, through this website, will be able to:
- Register their details and establish profiles to automatically receive relevant tenders, quotations and expressions of interest as they become available.
- View tenders online and/or receive them via email notification;
- Download tender documentation directly from the website at no cost;
- Post requests for further information or seek clarification on aspects of a tender directly to the website and receive replies back via email notification;
- Receive addendums and other information issued on current tenders;
- Submit tenders via email to the Electronic Tender Box rather than having to travel to Council offices or the post office to lodge tender submissions.

All our staff are required to conduct their activities in accordance with Council's Code of Conduct as well as Council's Statement of Business Ethics. These policies set the ethical standards that suppliers can expect of Council as well as setting out the standards that Council expects of its suppliers.
